EASE OF USE


At Apple Student Tours, we believe that our job is to make this experience for you and your students as easy as it possibly can be!  Our team of dedicated, trained professionals is there every step of the way to ensure that this really is the easiest out of the classroom experience you have ever participated in.  We accomplish this through a variety of steps outlined below.

Support Team

At Apple Student Tours, we provide you with a support time to assist you with literally every aspect of your trip.  We:

  • Book all of your appointments (i.e. Capitol Tour, Arlington Wreath Laying, etc)
  • Book all of your tickets (i.e. Broadway show, International Spy Museum, etc)
  • Book all travel aspects of your trip (flights, hotels, transportation, tour guide and meals)

California Based

Because we are California based, we are able to provide a higher level of service to both you and your families.  We do this by:

  • An Apple representative will attending all parent informational meetings and departure meetings every year.
  • You will maintain the same sales and customer service team every year to always maintain continuity and understanding of what you want.
  • Same time zone:  Many of our competitors are based on the east coast.  When you get out of school, they have left for the day hours ago.  With us it’s simple.  When you get out of school, we’re still here to answer your questions!  And, the same can be said for your parents who call our office needing questions answered.

Billing

All travelers register with Apple Student Tours and make payments to Apple Student Tours.  No money or registrations ever go to school (unless you want them to).
  • Reporting: For our tour organizers, all group information is available to you on line at any time.  We will have access to view your group roster, their payment information, email addresses and any other information you may need to communicate with your group.
  • Lenient Cancellation Policy: We have the most lenient and flexible cancellation policy available.  We want our travelers to go but we also know that sometimes life happens and they can’t go.  Having said that, if a traveler did not sign up for our optional Payment Protection Program, we work with all of our vendors to get them the biggest possible refund because it’s simply the right thing to do!
